- Standard shipping: €3.99 (or the equivalent in your currency).
- Free on orders of €40 or more.
Estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 business days from the day you order. Once your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number.
Outside the European Union, your country's customs may charge import taxes or duties when the order arrives. These amounts are set by each country and aren't included in the price.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. The necklace must be unworn and in its original packaging.
To start a return, write to us through the contact page with your order number. We'll reply with the next steps.
Faulty items
If your necklace arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo and your order number and we'll sort it out.
