How long will my order take?
Estimated delivery is 4 to 10 business days. When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number.
How much is shipping?
€3.99 to any country, and free on orders of €40 or more.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Outside the European Union, your country's customs may charge import taxes when the parcel arrives. That amount isn't charged by us.
Is there a discount if I buy more than one?
Yes. Buy 2 or more necklaces and you save 25%. The discount is applied in the cart, no code needed.
What is the necklace made of?
It has a copper base with a gold-tone clasp and end caps.
How long is it and how much does it weigh?
It's 38 cm long with a 7 cm extender chain, so you can wear it anywhere from 38 to 45 cm. It weighs 17.6 g.
Can I adjust the length?
Yes. The lobster clasp comes with an extender chain so you can fit it to your neck.
Can I shower or swim with it?
Better not. Water, perfume and lotions wear down the finish. Take it off to shower, swim or work out.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return it, unworn and in its packaging. Message us from the contact page and we'll tell you how.
