1. Who we are
This online store, dunisca.com, belongs to Dunisca, Calle Bahía de Santander 85, 28042 Madrid (Spain). You can email us at info@dunisca.com with any question about your order.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern the use of the store and the purchases you make in it. By placing an order you accept these terms, the Shipping Policy, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. We recommend keeping a copy.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy.
3. Products
We try to keep photos and descriptions accurate. Even so, colours may look slightly different on your screen, and measurements can vary a little from one piece to another.
4. Prices
Prices are set in euros. If you shop from another country you can see them in your currency; the final amount is calculated at the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. If you buy from outside the European Union, the price does not include your country's import duties or taxes.
Discounts, such as the two-necklace pack, are applied automatically in the cart while they are active and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. How to place an order
- Choose your necklace and add it to the cart.
- At checkout, enter your details and delivery address and choose how to pay.
- Before confirming, you can review the order and correct any mistake.
- When you pay, we email you an order confirmation. At that moment the contract is concluded.
The contract can be concluded in Spanish or in English. We keep a copy of every order and you can ask us for it at any time.
We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we detect possible fraud. In that case we will let you know and refund everything you paid.
6. Payment
You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Your payment is taken when you confirm the order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and the payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
7. Shipping
Countries, costs and delivery times are listed in the Shipping Policy.
8. Returns and warranty
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return your order without giving a reason, and every product has the 3-year legal warranty. The full process is in the Refund Policy.
9. Use of the website
The texts, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Dunisca or are used with permission. You may not copy them or use them commercially without our authorisation.
We do our best to keep the website working, but there may be occasional interruptions or errors. We are not liable for damage outside our control, without limiting your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Your data
We process your personal data as explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you are also protected by the consumer laws of the country where you live.
If you have any problem, please email us first at info@dunisca.com and we will try to solve it. You can also contact the consumer protection services in your region or country, or the courts of your place of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version published on the day you placed it.
