Where we ship
We ship to almost every country in the world. At the moment we do not ship to Russia or Belarus. At checkout you will see whether your country is available.
How much it costs
- Orders under €40: €3.99.
- Orders of €40 or more: free.
If you shop in another currency, you will see the amount converted to your currency at checkout.
How long it takes
Estimated delivery is 4 to 10 business days from the day you order. This is an estimate: in busy periods such as Christmas, or because of customs delays, it may take a little longer.
If you order several necklaces, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can see where it is.
Customs and taxes outside the European Union
If your address is outside the European Union, your country's customs may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These amounts are not included in the price, are not charged by us and must be paid by you. If you refuse the parcel because you don't want to pay them, we refund the price of the necklace but may deduct the outbound and return shipping costs.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before paying. If you made a mistake, email us as soon as possible at info@dunisca.com. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we will change it. Once it has shipped, that isn't always possible.
If your order doesn't arrive
If 30 days have passed since your order and you haven't received it, email us. We will check with the carrier and, if it has been lost, send you a new one or refund your money.
If it arrives damaged
If the parcel arrives broken or the necklace has a defect, email us as soon as possible with a photo and we will fix it at no cost to you.
