14 days to return it
If the necklace isn't right for you, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to return it. You don't need to tell us why.
How to return
- Email us at info@dunisca.com with your order number and the necklace you want to return. You can also use the form at the end of this page.
- We reply with the address to send it to.
- Send it within 14 days of telling us. Keep the proof of postage.
Condition
The necklace must come back unworn, complete and in its packaging. You can take it out and try it on to see how it looks, just as you would in a shop. If it arrives damaged or shows signs of wear, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
Who pays return shipping
If you return it because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the necklace arrives broken, has a defect or isn't what you ordered, we pay and tell you how to send it.
When and how we refund you
We refund you within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the necklace, or until you send us proof of postage, before refunding.
The refund includes what you paid for standard shipping on the order. If you return only one necklace from a pack of two, we refund what you paid for that necklace, with the pack discount applied.
If you bought from outside the European Union and paid import duties or taxes in your country, that amount was not charged by us and we cannot refund it. In some countries you can reclaim it from customs.
Exchanges
We don't do direct colour exchanges. If you want a different one, return the one you have and place a new order in the colour you prefer.
Warranty
All our products have the 3-year legal warranty against lack of conformity. If your necklace has a manufacturing defect, email us with a photo and we will repair it, replace it or refund you, depending on the case. Wear caused by water, perfume, lotions or knocks is not covered.
